I have multiple Life threatening, Chronic illnesses, and Auto Inflammatory diseases.

This doesn't define me though, I have many passions and hope one day to open my own gluten-free bakery, I have dreamt of this since I was little... thanks to my grandma who taught me to bake.

Eventually as I got sicker we found I was allergic to gluten and dairy. We completely removed those from my diet leaving me hopeless in the bakery section, that's when I started making my own gluten free recipes.

Just at 13 in the hospital as a hobby/distraction I started making jewelry/accessories, as that's the only thing besides therapy dogs in the hospital that would help distract me. Especially when I couldn't bake, one of my favorite things to do. When I got sicker and took some steps to get a better life, it didn't work... a 2 year process applying for a Service Dog that could help me medically thrive, only to be lead on and let down.

So at 16 I started selling jewelry/accessories to raise money for a Medically necessary Service Dog. Now at 20, I have my Service Dog, with the help of my website and amazing people that decided to donate and buy my handmade products.

As a disabled individual that started and struggled to get a Service Dog herself, I am now striving to turn my hobby into helping other disabled people and Veterans receive their own Medically Necessary Service Dogs. All now with selling just sweet treats!

This is a hobby of baking, not a small business or business, nor is it any form of work/working.
